CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glow & Co., we value our artists’ time and the commitment they make to each appointment. To ensure fairness to both our team and our clients, we have a strict cancellation policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to another client. Any cancellation, reschedule, or no-show within 24 hours will result in a charge of the full service amount. This fee is non-refundable and will automatically be charged to the card on file. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
